The fine print, kept short.
By using TinyTales, you agree to the following. We’ve tried to keep it human. If anything here is unclear, email hello@tinytaleslab.com and we’ll rewrite it.
01Your account
You need to be 18 or older to create an account. You’re responsible for what happens under your login. Please don’t share the sign-in code.
You can let an assistant app use your account. You choose what it can do, and you can disconnect it later from your Account page. It still cannot pay — you pay in the browser. You are responsible for the books and orders that app creates while it is connected.
02Your content
The photos you upload stay yours. You grant TinyTales a limited license to process them solely to generate and deliver your books. We don’t sell them, publish them, or use them to train anyone else’s model. See our privacy policy for how long we keep what.
Please only upload photos you have the right to use. Don’t upload anything illegal or anything you don’t have permission to turn into a coloring book.
03Pricing & payment
- List price is $25 per printed book, shipped free worldwide. During launch, the price is $15. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout from your shipping address. International orders may owe import VAT, customs duties, or carrier handling fees on delivery.
- No subscription, renewal, or recurring billing. You pay per book, when you order one.
- Your first paid order unlocks unlimited coloring pages on your account.
04Printed books
Printed copies are produced on demand and are non-refundable once we send them to the printer, except in cases of clear quality defects — in which case we’ll reprint or refund, your call.
05Gift cards
TinyTales gift cards are sold and delivered by our gift card partner, Gift Up. They are issued in US dollars and emailed to the recipient you name at purchase.
- Gift cards can be used toward any TinyTales book order. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- To redeem a gift card, enter the code in the promotion code field on the Stripe payment page at checkout. The balance is applied to your order, and any remainder stays on the card for next time.
- Treat the code like cash. If a code is lost or stolen, email us and we’ll help however we can.
- Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
06Uptime & changes
TinyTales is provided “as-is.” We’ll do our best to keep the lights on and to warn you before any breaking change to features you rely on. If something serious goes wrong, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
07Ending things
To close your account, email hello@tinytaleslab.com and we’ll handle it. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service — uploading content that isn’t theirs, for example — and will tell you why if we do.
