By using Tiny Tales, you agree to the following. We’ve tried to keep it human. If anything here is unclear, email hello@tinytaleslab.com and we’ll rewrite it.
You need to be 18 or older to create an account. You’re responsible for what happens under your login. Please don’t share the sign-in code.
The photos you upload stay yours. You grant Tiny Tales a limited license to process them solely to generate and deliver your books. We don’t sell them, publish them, or use them to train anyone else’s model.
Please only upload photos you have the right to use. Don’t upload anything illegal or anything you don’t have permission to turn into a coloring book.
Printed copies are produced on demand and are non-refundable once we send them to the printer, except in cases of clear quality defects — in which case we’ll reprint or refund, your call.
Tiny Tales is provided “as-is.” We’ll do our best to keep the lights on and to warn you before any breaking change to features you rely on. If something serious goes wrong, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service — uploading content that isn’t theirs, for example — and will tell you why if we do.
