The signed-in customer must have approved books:read. Calls stay inside that account.

Optional book status filter for list, such as draft, ready, or published.

limit

integer

Page size from 1 to 50. Defaults to 20.

cursor

Opaque cursor from the previous page. Omit for the first page.

book_id

Book id for get, progress, or quote.

name

Recipient name for quote.

Street address line 1 for quote.

Street address line 2 for quote.
